The easiest/best way is that you upload it with TortoiseSVN or something.
In that way no one needs to help you with anything - you just do everything yourself (translation and uploading).
I tried it, but found it troublesome to get into how the SVN worked, so now I just upload the .lua to GoogleCode, and then a more skilled person (Lego3) adds it when he has the time.
The reason why I didn't want to try out more with the SVN is that I'm afraid to mess up something else.
But if there was a really neat "step-to-step" guide for this, I guess I would have a try again. But that is too much to ask for.
PS: I think the way the other danish translator did his work, was to just copy, paste and modify the norwegian.lua, since the differences in written language isn't so big.
