Very nice!

A list of all the video files with all their names, content and length was made by me a long time ago.
You can find it here: https://code.google.com/p/corsix-th/wiki/VideoList

Could someone confirm this list?  In mine all the videos they call AOSE... are called LOSE...  I can compensate for both namings if it's really correct.

It could be a typo, mine are lose1 to lose6

Perhaps it was different for Grimdoc's version, I will email him as I got the impression he added the list.

You are correct! It was a very nasty typo (all are called LOSE).
I have updated the wiki list now.

While you're at it Grimdoc, there's also AOPAPER, AMENU*, AINGAME, and AINLEVEL which should be LOPAPER, MMENU*, WINGAME, and WINLEVEL respectively.

attached are the actual sounds from the level board in TH.
You could always use this until someone creates our own
change the .sav to .wav  - I had to change the extention due to the restrictions on the forum

I've always loved the music from the original game, I can get around to making some custom sounds, however it'll take some time. I mentioned before I would- however other commitments arose. I will get around to it as soon as I can though.

Edit - I've uploaded the final version and updated the video above.

I am not sure whether you have realised this yet, but you may need to make a few changes.
If we are to have the mini game/rat shoot in the game (at some point in the future), you will need a place on the board or may be two to denote this.
I also think the pawn should start off away from spot 1 as this is where he should end up at the start of the movie.  At the moment he starts on spot 1 and moves to spot 2 which is what you should see before level 2.  For level 1 he should end up on spot 1.

I imagine EA has copyright on those sounds.  We'd want to make sure whatever we mixed in was original or free: though we could always play those original sounds separately while playing the movie like we do for the original movies until we have our own sound.

Maybe we can try to implement this in version 0.30?

Here is the latest iteration. The most notable changes are the intro for the first level and the two bonus games. I also redid some of the existing animations (for example the summersault in the car).
The next step are the sound effects, i found some nice sounds (www.freesound.org) but i still need a 'tune' like in the original.

Very nice to see your progress! :-) I like the helicopter, and especially the rumbling before the first earthquake level. :-D

That's really amazing Wolter! A couple of absolutely minute things that I noticed though. They're so tiny they're barely worth mentioning (or indeed fixing) and after the videos are cut up, it'd be impossible to see but:

  • The scene rotates every so slightly just before the animation from 1->2 (around 0:10).
  • Slight freeze after the earthquake at 0:30.
  • Game piece changes to a lighter green just before the car appears at 0:41

The helicopter is brilliant! :D

It looks very nice, but could you also add some sounds? Like a sound on the helicopter and when our logo walks.
