Windows raise spirits and warning before firing staff
« on: June 06, 2011, 08:13:31 PM »
I was playing the original TH, and noticed these two things:

1: The announcer popped up and told me: "Placing windows makes the rooms brighter and improves the spirits of your staff".
Is this a fact in the old game, or is it just something he says?

2: Before firing someone in the old game, you will get a warning (and asked if you are really sure).
This is something I miss. It's easy to click the wrong button.

I am not sure about number one, it is not just windows, he also says plants and other objects in the room make the staff feel good/improves happiness: but does it really, I could never tell?
I have to agree with you on number two, I have sacked many a staff member by accident and really miss that "are you sure" dialogue - I hope that gets added soon.

True, haven't noticed the popup window issue before.
For the end of the world spell, press Control, Alt, Delete.
