Here's the latest revision build. The original files you need are the same as if you were on Windows, you can buy it, find an old copy in your house, possibly even a retro games shop or car boot. It's also on TPB.

Edit:That build is 1607, Lion, GCC3 and no sound.

After tinkering around for a bit, I find that you can download and install the GOG's version of the file with Wine to get the original assets file to run Corsix-TH on OSX.

Steps:

1. You gotta download and buy the GOG version of Theme Hospital: http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/theme_hospital
2. Download and install WineBottler for your Mac, which includes Wine: http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/
3. If you're running on Mountain Lion, you need to install the latest XQuartz as well for Wine to work properly: http://xquartz.macosforge.org/landing/
4. If you installed XQuartz, reboot your Mac
5. Run the GOG Theme Hospital installer with Wine. Choose Open With --> Wine. It should run the installer as usual.
6. Run CorsixTH, and point the directory to where you installed the Theme Hospital files. In my case it's under username/Wine Files/drive_c/Program Files/GOG.com/Theme Hospital

It should run fine now!

When you download the game from GOG, does it come as a single big installation file? It could very well be possible to extract the contents (i.e. the game assets) using regular compressing software, put the files somewhere on your hdd and then point CorsixTH to that directory. Then you don't need Wine.
For the end of the world spell, press Control, Alt, Delete.

I've downloaded WINE & XQuartz though. As @conancat mentioned it before

NOTE:
1. Instaled but I didnt use WINE, because my copy already have instaled playable directory in it.
2. Instaled XQuartz; but I really don't know how it affect the game play or not.  ::)

Just follow @conancat guidance. And found it works.

And it works fine with some minor bugs. ;D
Maybe we can discuss bugs and improvements in different thread.

Thank You!
Cheers CORSIX TEAM! you rawks
