More info and options about / for training

Hi, i couldn't find these suggestions yet:
- You can only see how far a doctor has been trained in the personnel overview, not in the individual employee panel. Would it be possible to do this? This way you can more easily see how far a doctor has been trained towards becoming a surgeon.
- More options for training: sometimes you wish that a consultant keeps training, because he's already at 99% of becoming a surgeon. Would this be possible?

Even more advanced options would be a schedule for training, ie: a surgeon consultant lectures 4/7 days, a psychiatrist consultant lectures 2/7 days and a research consultant teaches 1/7days. You can specify which juniors follow which course, thereby training them specifically for 1 specialism. Maybe even include funding? Or better yet: let the people train in the class but also in the room in which they specialize (ie: operation theatre).

The first suggestion should not be too hard to do, and doesn't really change gameplay, so no reason not to do it... The second has been discussed a few times while the last one is a nice idea. All these change gameplay quite much though, so it would in that case be a choice from the user how it should work, and that kind of changes have not started appearing yet, mainly because we are unsure how to present it to the user. We would like to avoid the amount of configuration e.g. in OpenTTD.
For the end of the world spell, press Control, Alt, Delete.
