Separate rooms from tile areas, copy paste items, ...

Building upon this idea:,5317.msg6862.html#msg6862

With the simplifications (at least at the start):
- building/removing walls is free and instant

UI changes:
- a dialog for placing/removing walls, (multiple) doors, windows (a toolbar; left click is place, right click is remove)
- a dialog for designating a room (first the current room selection dialog, then click tile area to assign)
- a button for undesignating rooms
- have a single dialog from which to purchase all items, with some categories: all, misc (bin, ...), by room type.
- can pick up any object that isn't currently required, from any tile area, even the corridor, and place it anywhere
- easily pick up multiple objects (e.g. allowing to right click more than once), and then place/delete them
- perhaps: select multiple objects and move them as a group, or even copy paste them. Perhaps even allow to save item groups in your 'toolbox' so you can more quickly place your custom designed set of items in each room across each level.
