I'm sorry to say Cheat Codes, but I was never able to play Theme Hospital without the money cheat.   :-[  I don't insist on it going through the fax machine -- in fact, I'd rather it didn't.  But something that allows for sneaky funds increases would be good.

I'd say staff speed and correct salaries/correct type of staff per level

Multi-taskable options like disable salary raise,

Skip end of year leaderboard
Keep settings like speed
Auto try to resume from non fatal errors (by working out if it is a non fatal error)

And just general completeness like aliens and babies.

Btw, asap? If you want it quicker, it is open source and Lua is a really easy language, feel free try yourself. They have been very supportive of people trying.

ASAP:
- Correct speed of the doctors, and the possibility to make doctors better by building large rooms. (Like when a doctor works in a GP's Office that have objects and are larger than minimum size, they will get better...)

- A way to dump language strings that doesn't exist in the specific language-file, but exist in "original-strings.lua" and "english.lua":) This way I can get rid of "--to-do-strings" in norwegian.lua, and just use the string-dump feature to see what to translate next! (And just copy from the dump and paste in language file)

But most important - For me, the game isn't fun to play before the doctor-balancing-part is finished. Because that was my favourite part of the game - to train bad doctors, and make them superfast-working:)

I would like to see being able to pick an item up after placing it while building it.

eg.
I place a desk down in a GP room, but then I want to move the desk. ATM I have to reset the whole room and place everything down again.

Im accident prone like that

GUI Buttons for Game Speed control, and fixing the janitors (they always seem terrible).

Are we just talking features from the original game?  If not, something I'd really like to see is Central Heating -- or a Heat Cheat.  Something that keeps the inside temp good all year round (y'know, like thermostats do?) without having to plant radiators all over the place.  Shouldn't be that hard, right?  I mean for people who code in something other than SQL.   :-[

It be neat if the temp is based off the time of year....

Summer is warmer than winter...but I guess based on how quickly the months go by, it my not be worth to

The temperature system actually does take into account which part of the year it is...

If you want to add pregnancy there is a patch in issue 477 that will do that add that for you, you will have to had applied the ThemeHospital pregnancy patch first or at least know how to edit the SAM files though to make it work in the game.
