In your wanted scenario: if you have one pharmacy (number 1) with max 3 queue, and one with 0 (number 2):
When you get over 3 patients in pharmacy 1, then they start going to pharmacy 2.
But in this scenario, what is the max queue of pharmacy 2?
What happens if you have two rooms with queue size 0?

I like the way the game is today, because I can shut down an entire room if I want to.
And then indirectly make staff members free, so they can work in other rooms.

The new version will contain somewhat the thing you ask for.

You can turn on a setting, that keeps track of the items you buy for each room, and will then add the items to the "placement list".
This is done by calculating the average amount of each item for each room, so after building a few rooms of one kind, you should always get your wanted items in that list.
I think that it is how it will work at least.

But I don't know if we have a button to purge the list. That could maybe be useful.

Go into your CorsixTH folder, and try both "CorsixTH_DirectX.exe" and "CorsixTH_OpenGL.exe" to start the game.
Try zooming in one of these.

I think the normal desktop shortcut is for the SDL version.
