You say you can't hire anyone from Staff Management, but that is completely right, you should use the button to the left of Staff Management for hiring persons, and that is the Hire Staff button!

You use Staff Management to see their happiness, wages and so on, not to hire them :)

  • Add a new option in the cheat menu where you can open access to build all the rooms.
    I would find this very useful when looking for bugs!
  • Maybe add some animations to the receptionist - she looks kind of dull just standing there.
    She could tap a little on the PC or make some calls now and then (futuristic thought).
  • Sometimes when there is too many doctors, they just hang around in the halls - and I think it would be a good idea that at least the researchers could automatically go to the research dept. and do some work (they don't need to interact with patients to get some work done anyway).

Here are some of my suggestions:
  • When choosing the written language, one should also get to decide the spoken language separately.
    For an example: norwegians might understand swedish spoken language better than english,
    but english spoken language is chosen by default if you choose norwegian written language.
  • Show a warning/notification before people can be fired (pops up when you push the fire button).
  • Show a warning/notification before you can load a saved game (just like the one you get when you save).
  • Show a notice when the science facility can't research any more on a subject (so that you can rearrange the % allocation in "research").
  • Show the date and time on the games you can load (savegames being timestamped), so you know which one is your last saved game.
  • The soda vending machine can break down, and needs maintenance by the janitor (a futuristic thougt).
  • Show a warning/notification before the game restarts when you press F10 (and similar options which can interrupt your gameplay)!

Cause: Being a full time gamer, sitting in the dark playing hospital games around the clock!
Cure: A psychiatrist can convince the person that there is more to life than just playing games alone in the dark.
Diagnostic process: GP's office, General diagnosis.
