Do you know a second language? Maybe you can help translate the game, or just fix translation errors, if there are any.

Make your own maps and post them here.

Help out in the graphics replacement project, if you know anything about that.

Answer questions here in the forum.

I don't know this language, but at least the menu showed up in the right language it seemed.
Where do you see text in the wrong language? All over?

In your wanted scenario: if you have one pharmacy (number 1) with max 3 queue, and one with 0 (number 2):
When you get over 3 patients in pharmacy 1, then they start going to pharmacy 2.
But in this scenario, what is the max queue of pharmacy 2?
What happens if you have two rooms with queue size 0?

I like the way the game is today, because I can shut down an entire room if I want to.
And then indirectly make staff members free, so they can work in other rooms.
