Post 1 was answered in post 2. so lets try again.
1. That is rubbish, it does the tilting anyway; there is nothing extra to be researched apart from reducing the cost and increasing the strength.
2. Yes, that is right and CorsixTH has that now; so why mention it? Build a research dept, do some research the computer gets discovered and then you can buy one and place it in your research dept.
3.  Alien DNA is not in Corsix as yet, it is to be implemented at some point later.  (I think that someone is working on it, look in this forum for the details)
4.  That feature is also in the game, as suggested before try downloading the latest version

We could use a configuration switch that disables the enhancements so that the software behaves like a clone for those that want one.
At the moment it is a clone, so there is nothing to have a switch for!

The only things not matching the original are things that have not been implemented yet or things that by agreement were concidered to be mistakes in the original.

I have created a public access wiki on wikia which could be used for the development of tutorial documentation.

It looks to me that this "public access wiki " is really another place for you to post your own personal requests for additions to the game that fit with your own perspective on how the original game worked.
IMO that is the best place for them, that way you won't keep on cluttering up the issies tracker with them.

You can restart a level, but you would need to open it first from your saved games.

Are you using the latest version, as there were some changes since beta 5?   One of the changes is to do with when losing/winning criteria are checked, so that may make a difference for you

That bug has many causes and a lot of them have been tracked down and fixed.

The next time you get a patient or staffmember freeze (you'll know because the error message will come up) why not just reload the game from the last autosave.  The game saves at the end of every month.
Now when you have done that, why not go to where the patient or staff got stuck and see if it happens again and what caused it.  It may be that you did something, like pick someone up, edit a room etc.   If you see what did it, you could then report the bug and help in fixing the remaining causes. 
If it does not do it again, then all well and good as you can continue playing your game and not have frozen peeps in your way... :)

Have you tried the latest SVN?
There has been an issue with handymen and them walking around doing nothing, but I think that has been fixed.

I could be wrong here, but I think that this is already in the game.  Roujin's challenge I think it is, it's one of the Corsix cheats, the code for it is obscure, but you can, as I did once change the code in the lua file to one you know.  Then when the fax comes type the code in and sit back, only you won't have time to sit back; if you know what I mean    ;D
There are other cheats there too, look in fax lua, which is in dialogs folder; line 233.  Change the red bit to your own number or if you can work out what the real code is, let us know.

I am assuming that you must have completed the other goals with that number of patients you have cured, so what I am wondering is are you opening the winning fax when it comes? 
In the original game of theme hospital the game would stop/pause and a short movie would play of you receiving a letter offering you the next hospital.  In CorsixTH there is no movie, the offer comes via a fax, which at the moment is at the end of every month.

I am inclined to agree with you.  Strange that there is an animation for it being blown up and not one for its repair, considering what it says when you build it - perhaps they changed their minds at some point!  There is also one for the autopsy machine being blown up and one for its repair and neither of these were used either.

Some screens to show that aliens are not just emergency patients.  Also one that shows that only the researcher can use this room.  What is strange is that it also states the handyman needs to maintain, yet this is not possible in TH, just like machines in the research room.

Another screen, this one shows that other doctors can use the room afterall. So yet another error in the original game, neither statement is correct in the dialogue that opens when you first build the room!

I think the reason they may have left pregnancy out of the game was that it is missing the correct animation.  When it is first discovered and you get a fax that says that two surgeons do their stuff and present the baby to the mother, and there is no animation for that.
