Some screens to show that aliens are not just emergency patients.  Also one that shows that only the researcher can use this room.  What is strange is that it also states the handyman needs to maintain, yet this is not possible in TH, just like machines in the research room.

In my version if you waited for long enough (year 4 onwards I think) they would walk through the door like other patients.  If you look in the SAM/level files, it tells you when they will first show up, something about abductions I think.  You can also change this to make them show up sooner.
I also believe from memory that only researchers could use the DNA fixer.
In the original Aliens did not use a bench when waiting, they hang around near to the door of the GP office.
to use the door and the seat in the GP office they change to normal looking patients and change back, so normal in the seat, alien when stood up again.
I don't recall them using the loo, they may have used the vending machine. (I can check this if you want as I can still use TH, although I hate the small screen)
The transformation does use the animation stated in a earlier comment, (like a blue lightening streak that slides up and down during the transformation).

it seems it really does not like a lot of doors, which is a shame.  Have you tried to block all the doors, switch on the flags, then place the doors one by one.  You might then see which ones cause the problems, although it should not be an issue as such as there are levels in TH that have doors on more than one face, but it might help you get around this issue until it is fixed.

That is not what I have seen in TH.  I have seen times I have trained juniors to become surgeons in TH, only for them to request really high pay rises as soon as they qualified (within a few months)

All the space is so you can have really larger rooms, just like you see in the spoiler movie of TH. The advisor says large rooms with windows makes the staff happy, I want to see if that is true.  Also with so many patients to cure, you are going to need multiple rooms of the same type.  It will cost a fortune to staff and heat though.....

He did have doors to start with, I think he removed them to demonstrate that once removed the flags changed.

I have been playing with your map having read what you had discovered.  I am not so sure it is soley to do with too many doors though.  What I did was removed the doors to your upper two blocks (the two above the one with the problem) and then all areas became buildable, however doing the same to your NE block first did not work.
I have attached your map with this done for you.

Really strange that you can't build there, have you tried to allocate a different parcel to it to see if you can build then?
Did you start this map from scratch or modify a multiplayer map?
The reason I ask is if you look at the purchase screen, none of the other plots are available, so it could be that you can never own them.
As plot 1, the first small building is ok, and that one as edging pieces, why not make a copy of your map and destroy the other buildings.  Then add one building at a time, only this time use the edging pieces that you used on the first.  Then test it with one extra building to see if its ok.  This is a guess on my part, as apart from the missing edges to the paths and the possability that it may be a multiplayer map; I can't anything wrong!

If you want to add pregnancy there is a patch in issue 477 that will do that add that for you, you will have to had applied the ThemeHospital pregnancy patch first or at least know how to edit the SAM files though to make it work in the game.

I am not sure I understand what is meant by groupings.  I can see them in the level files and can see what you mean by the losing conditions having their own i.e. 1 2 and 3 whilst winning are 0 and 1, but what are they for?
Is this to do where they show in the progress screen?  I do remember that what you see there changed sometimes, so if for example you had a lot of deaths, the sliders would show a skull in place of say repuation for a while to warn you that you were close to losing on that criteria.  Money never seem to change though, it just changes to red when things are getting bad.  Are these groups for that maybe, to determine which icons/criteria are being shown?
If it's easier to see them in use, what are the groupings that are used for winning?

Are you saying that the lose conditions are not looked at in Corsixth?  If that is the case, on what basis do you lose on?
